On November 2, a core subsidiary of the domestic famous private enterprise HOdo Group – Jiangsu HOdo Industry Co., Ltd. (600400) and Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and formally established a long-term comprehensive strategic partnership. With the cooperation consensus of promoting science and technology by finance and promoting industrial development with science and technology, both parties will develop in-depth diversified cooperation. Meanwhile, Jiangsu HOdo Industry Co., Ltd., as the controlling shareholder of Shanghai Hongdou Junda Investment Management Co., Ltd., participated in the stock equity of Shenzhen Leaguer Venture Capital Co., Ltd. – a company controlled by Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen. Both parties will cooperate in protective clothing, smart products and some other specific projects.
Under the Framework Agreement, Jiangsu HOdo Industry Co., Ltd. will establish in-depth cooperation with Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen in investment cooperation, project technical cooperation, project incubation, protective clothing project and smart product project etc.. Both parties will make use of own advantages and devote to high-tech achievement transformation, business incubation, scientific research and personnel training together.
